What we accept, and what to do when a code won't work.
Accepted formats
Codes aren't case sensitive and spaces are ignored, so "Trial 3" and "trial3" are treated as the same code.

Why a code may be rejected
- Code not recognised
- The code doesn't exist. Check for typos — letters and numbers only, no dashes or spaces.
- Code expired
- Every code has an end date. Once it passes, the code can't be reactivated.
- Already used
- Codes are one-time use per account. Using a different device or browser won't reset it — redemptions are tied to your account.
- Limit reached or withdrawn
- Some codes have a total usage cap, and we can withdraw a code at any time.
